At Canvastry, we specialize in custom-printed, made-to-order goods designed for artists, retailers, and small businesses. Because our products are custom made, we have a return policy tailored to protect the integrity of your orders and support your satisfaction.
Sample Orders
Orders of 1 to 4 units per product are considered sample orders and may be returned for a refund if unused and in original condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Orders over 4 units per product are final sale.
We strongly recommend ordering samples first to evaluate print quality before placing a larger order.
Printing & Product Quality Issues
If your order arrives with one of the following issues, we’ll provide a free reprint or store credit:

Incorrect design printed

Missing ink or printing defects

Striping or significant quality control issues
Not Covered:

Dissatisfaction with print method, color tone, or style (e.g., DTG vs. screen print).

Minor variations in color or print texture.

Minor variations in hemmed products
Reprints follow our standard production timelines.
Shipping Issues (Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages)
Once a package is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We cannot offer refunds for lost, delayed, or missing packages.
We are happy to:

Help file a claim with the shipping carrier

Or you may file the claim directly for faster resolution
Most packages are insured up to $200, but reimbursement is at the carrier’s discretion.
If your package is damaged:

Take photos of the box and contents

Keep all items and packaging until the claim is resolved
We can file the claim on your behalf, but we cannot issue refunds until the claim is approved by the carrier.
As a courtesy, we offer 25% off an exact reorder of the same items in a shipping mishap. This reorder is final sale. If the original package is eventually delivered, we are not able to refund that order.
General Return Terms

All sales are final on custom-printed items, except sample returns or confirmed quality issues

Items must be returned unused and with all original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Once approved, items must be returned within 7 days

International Orders

Shipping issues may take longer to resolve

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders
Partial Returns
If your order includes both sample-eligible and non-refundable items, only the sample portion may be returned. All other items are final sale.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Return & Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you within 2–3 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
